Latitude 45 strives to deliver excellent customer service and products in our online store. To help ensure successful transactions we developed this policy that provides transparency to the end consumers. - Orders may take up to 3 days to process. Latitude 45 will always do our best to ship as soon as possible. Some items may be subject to additional shipping charges because of size or weight.
- We ship using UPS, FedEx and USPS. Ground shipments could take at most 10 days (3 days processing if necessary plus potential 7 days in transit), but this should be worst case and we strive for much quicker shipment times.
- Please note that our online store and our retail stores maintain separate inventories. Purchases made online with an in-store pickup option will be shipped to the store from our online warehouse. Someone from Latitude 45 will contact you after the item has arrived. This process usually takes 1-4 days.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase. Items must be in a new condition, and in original packaging. To initiate the return process pleases email Heidi@latitude45.com with your name and order number to obtain a return authorization number. Returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. If the item is returned in new condition and original packaging, a full refund will be applied to the payment method used to complete the initial transaction.
- Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
- Sometimes manufacturers are not very precise regarding product availability. In the event of a backorder, we will try to provide you with as much information as possible regarding potential ship dates or suggest possible alternatives.
- We make every effort to maintain current, accurate information in our on-line catalog. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you may find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or sending us an e-mail.
- Latitude 45 reserves the right to refuse any order at any time.
