Shipping, Handling & Delivery

Note: Due to rising shipping costs, Latitude 45  will always use discretion (especially with larger packages) when choosing which carrier to ship with. We reserve the right to ship in the most economical way to us without jeopardizing timely delivery to you.

  • Latitude 45 is not responsible for Post Offices refusing mail. In the case of having to reship an order that was refused, the customer will be charged for the new shipping fee.

  • We are not responsible for customer-submitted bad addresses or un-deliverable parcels.

  • Please provide an address (or two) that both FedEx and USPS can deliver to.

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

  • Certain items (such as trainers and car racks) will be charged an additional flat fee of $15 for Ground Shipping and 2 Day Shipping WILL NOT be available.

  • It is our policy to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it in our office during office hours.

  • Please note that shipping time is generally slower around the holidays and is out of Latitude 45's control.  

Expedited Shipping

Latitude 45 can expedite your order with 2 day shipping.  Bear in mind, if you order on a Saturday, we will receive and prep the order on the next Monday and will ship within 48 hours, meaning “2 day” would mean Thursday or Friday of the following week and possibly sooner.  It is always best to call in an order that you need to be expedited in order to ensure the promptest service.  Note that the cut-off time for same day processing is 1:00 pm EST, meaning that any placed after that time will be packed and shipped out within 48 hours starting the next business day.   We strive to be much faster than 48 hours, but variable factors mandate this policy.

Notification of Your Order

It is our policy to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it in our fulfillment office during fulfillment office hours. The online store is open 24/7, and our fulfillment office is open 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Eastern Time, Monday-Friday.  Our fulfillment office is closed on weekends Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. The retail store is open on weekends (9 AM to 5 PM Saturdays and Sundays 11 AM to 5 PM), but fulfillment staff are not available during those hours to answer order questions.  If you provide an email address when you placed your order, you will receive a confirmation message that your order was received. If you would like to receive tracking information on your order, please add this request in the notes at checkout or email and we will email you back promptly during office hours.
